All KROMAŞ employees, particularly the senior management of our organisation, which operates in the design, manufacture, sale and after-sales servicing of surface finishing machines, as well as the manufacture and sale of consumables, adopt and commit to the following as company policy:

- To ensure compliance with national and international standards, local legislation and the legal requirements of the countries in which we conduct sales,
- To maintain open and transparent communication with employees,
- To record and evaluate customer requests and complaints and to ensure continuous improvement accordingly,
- To review our business processes through self-assessment and identify risks and opportunities that will improve our performance,
- To comply with applicable international legal regulations, national laws and legislation, and other obligations concerning the protection of personal data, the environment, and occupational health and safety,
- To continuously monitor the environmental impacts arising from our activities and products and to improve our environmental performance.
