M3

The M3 system is ideal for the surface finishing of 3D-printed components made of plastic or metal.

The M3 system is preferred when 3D-printed plastic or metal components are delicate, feature complex geometries, and require extremely precise processing. Each workpiece is mounted individually on a fixture. Since the workpieces do not come into contact with one another throughout the surface finishing process, damage such as nicks and scratches is prevented.

Surface Finishing Technologies

The innovative equipment design allows either one large component measuring up to 650 mm or several smaller parts to be surface-finished simultaneously. The pneumatic media handling system completely eliminates the need to remove or add media manually, significantly improving overall cost efficiency. A batch-processing option is also available for maximum flexibility.
